One of the salient features Cecilia Villar Eljuri reflects on this, her second solo album is her
optimistic force, the urgent need for this message…
“It’s time to be “Fuerte” (Strong), rise up and fight for the highest cause, human freedom.
We must persist at exposing the truth and speaking our minds. With each individual
match we light we are building, one by one, until we are the power of many, with a
united enlightened future for all.” –Cecilia Villar Eljuri

Fuerte: 10 songs with a consistent persistent musical attitude ...
One of the salient features Cecilia Villar Eljuri reflects on this second album is her optimistic force, the urgent need for this message at this time… as she puts it:
“It’s time to be “Fuerte”, rise up and fight for the highest cause, human freedom. We must persist at exposing the truth and speaking our minds. With each individual match we light we are building, one by one, until we are the power of many, with a united enlightened future for all.”
Fuerte, the sophomore solo album from Eljuri, came to life during her travels in Mexico and Colombia, and experiences performing live at festivals such as Vive Latino, Ollinkan, ¡Viva Chicago! and touring with the band Doctor Krápula.
